We are excited to be bringing back our one-day Holiday Hoopla event this year, which will include photos with Santa or the doggy photos with the Grinch (pre-registration preferred), the story of Hanukkah, crafts, vendors, and performances! The evening will end with a lighting of our City Hall Christmas Tree.

Photo Pre-Registration

We will have a professional Photographer onsite to take the photos. A link to the gallery will be sent out via email after the event. Photos with your own camera or phone are allowed. Pre-registration is encouraged, but not required. Registration for both is permitted!

Photos with Santa

Santa will be making a short stop here in Chamblee for some photos at the Holiday Hoopla event! Note that all time slots have been filled and we now have a waitlist. Waitlisted registrants will still need to attend the event and we will do our best accommodate you.

Doggy Photos with the Grinch
6:00 - 6:45PM

The Grinch may not like the holidays, but he sure does love his dog, Max, and I'm sure he will love your dog as well! Dress your pup in their holiday best and teach them to say "cheese" for this photo opportunity with the Grinch. In lieu of payment for the doggy photos, donations are being accepted. All proceeds will go to the Ahimsa House, which is Georgia’s first and only organization dedicated to helping the human and animal victims of domestic violence reach safety together. Holiday Hoopla of Lights

Beginning the weekend after Thanksgiving, grab some eggnog from your favorite restaurant and stroll through the entertainment district to enjoy the Holiday Hoopla of Lights in Downtown Chamblee. Also be sure to stop by the front of City Hall for some great photo ops! Lights will be up until early January.
